Introduction
Welcome to Keeps, operated by Cbook Inc. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Keeps platform and mobile application. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use Keeps. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications by using the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting us at [email protected].
Purchases & Subscriptions
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase, including your credit card number and billing address. Credit card information is processed through third-party payment processors.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. Fee changes require advance notice. Free trials, if offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled beforehand.
Paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you create in Keeps. By posting content on the service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and providing the service.
When you mark a plan as public, it may appear on the Keeps website for anyone to see. You can revoke this by changing the plan's visibility back to private at any time.
Content Guidelines
The following types of content are prohibited and subject to removal within 48 hours:
- Defamatory or discriminatory material
- Excessively sexual or violent content
- Intentionally misleading or false information
- Content that violates any applicable law
Violations may result in content removal and potential account suspension or termination.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the service to:
- Disable, overburden, or otherwise impair the proper functioning of the service
- Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the service
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material
- Attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the service or its related systems
- Engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users) are and remain the exclusive property of Cbook Inc. and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Cbook Inc. does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cbook Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us for the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Keeps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
